TENANT FAQ'S
Do I have to pay any upfront fees / deposits, etc?
You will have to find one months rent upfront, a £50 administration fee to enable us to complete our reference checks on you (non refundable even if your application doesn't proceed) and one months rent up front as your security deposit (this is held in a 'ring fenced' client account, away from our main banking account and will be returned to you at the end of your tenancy if you have adhered to the terms of your tenancy)
What references do I need?
We ask for 3 references ALWAYS. Usually this will be your current employer, a previous landlord and a friend or family member. We can also accept a reference from a teacher or lecturer.
When can I move in?
Only when we have all of your documentation such as satisfactory reference checks, signed tenancy agreements and your fees/deposits as outlined above.
What else do I have to pay for?
As a general rule, all of the utility bills are your responsibility once you move in to the property. There are occasions when some of these bills are included on the rent but we will inform you beforehand if this is the case.
